Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact capacity limits, as this information isn't publicly listed—critical for determining if the space suits your guest count
• Request detailed amenity list (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV capabilities, parking, accessibility features) to assess what's included versus what requires external vendors
• Verify whether evening and weekend events can be accommodated, as listed hours close at 6:00 PM daily—clarify if this is flexible for events running later
• Understand pricing structure upfront: catering costs, room rental fees, service charges, and minimum spend requirements to avoid surprises during booking
