The White House

Planner Insight

Best For: Evening wedding receptions, intimate celebration dinners, engagement parties, smaller wedding ceremonies (under 100 guests based on typical venue constraints in this region)

Estimated Budget Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000+ (approximately $3,600–$9,600 USD). This is an estimate for a small-to-medium event; actual costs depend entirely on guest count, catering, and services included. Contact the venue directly for confirmed pricing, as "contact for pricing" suggests customized quotes based on your specific needs.

What planners usually like:

• Consistent evening availability throughout the week (7–10 PM daily) simplifies scheduling without weekend-only limitations
• Goa location appeals to destination wedding clients; Santemol area is accessible and established for events
• Direct contact number (+91 83295 73762) suggests responsive management for coordination
• Fixed operating hours provide clarity on setup and event windows

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Confirm actual guest capacity and whether this includes indoor/outdoor space, as "not specified" is a critical gap for planning logistics
• What's included: Clarify what amenities come standard (tables, chairs, lighting, kitchen facilities, parking, restrooms) versus what requires external vendors
• Setup and breakdown time: With only 3-hour evening windows, confirm whether this allows adequate setup before 7 PM or requires earlier access arrangements
• Catering policy: Determine if the venue provides in-house catering, allows external caterers, or has preferred vendor requirements and associated fees
