What planners usually like:

• Central downtown location on University Avenue with good transit access and parking options nearby
• Extended operating hours (6 AM–11 PM daily) accommodate early morning meetings through evening receptions
• Established reputation suggests professional event management and reliable execution
• Private club setting typically provides an exclusive, sophisticated atmosphere suitable for formal gatherings

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific room capacities, as total venue capacity isn't listed—determine if available spaces match your expected guest count
• Confirm what's included in pricing (tables, chairs, basic AV, bar service) versus what incurs additional fees
• Ask about catering requirements—whether the venue has in-house catering or allows external vendors
• Verify membership requirements or restrictions; clarify if non-members can host events and any associated policies
