What planners usually like:

• Hotel location offers convenient access and professional atmosphere with built-in amenities (parking, accommodation for out-of-town guests)
• Extended hours Thursday–Saturday evenings (until 10:30 PM–1:00 AM) accommodate evening events
• Established restaurant with focus on reliability and quality service suggests consistent execution
• Clear communication with organizers indicates responsive venue management

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual capacity for your guest count—no capacity information is publicly available, so verify whether the space suits your group size
• Establish whether private space/room hire is available or if you'll be using the restaurant during regular service hours
• Request detailed pricing breakdown for group bookings, including any minimum spend requirements, service charges, or package options
• Clarify Saturday late-night availability (1:00 AM close) and whether this accommodates your event timeline, plus confirm Sunday hours appear limited (7:00–11:00 AM only)
