The Manor on High

Best For:

• Intimate to mid-sized weddings (likely 50-150 guests, pending confirmation)
• Evening receptions and celebrations (note extended weekend hours until midnight)
• Couples seeking a Melbourne CBD location with accessible public transport

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget $3,000–$8,000+ for venue hire depending on guest count and day of week. Melbourne wedding venues in central locations typically charge premium rates. Contact directly for accurate quotes, as final costs will depend on package inclusions, catering options, and seasonal demand. This is an estimate only.

What planners usually like:

• Central High Street location in Melbourne—convenient for guests and accessible without requiring suburban travel
• Extended weekend hours (until midnight) accommodate evening celebrations and late-night receptions without venue closure concerns
• Dedicated team focused on communication throughout the planning process, which reduces coordination friction
• Weekday availability with standard business hours (10 AM–5 PM) suits mid-week events and planning meetings

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact guest capacity, as this isn't listed—critical for budget and logistics planning
• Request detailed amenity list: in-house catering, bar facilities, kitchen access, AV/lighting, parking availability, and weather contingencies
• Clarify what's included in quoted pricing (venue only vs. tables, chairs, basic setup) and identify additional cost line items
• Confirm Saturday/Sunday availability and any premium pricing for weekend dates, as this significantly impacts budget planning
