The Houston Club

Best For:

• Weekday corporate meetings and business gatherings
• Private dining or networking events for professionals
• Daytime conferences or seminars (Monday-Friday)
• Happy hour or after-work social events (especially Thursday-Friday evenings)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, estimates are difficult to provide. Given the upscale downtown location (910 Louisiana St) and private club positioning, expect premium pricing typical of Houston's business clubs—likely $500-$3,000+ depending on event size, catering, and room rental. Request a formal quote directly from the venue to understand your actual costs.

What planners usually like:

• Downtown Houston location on Louisiana Street offers convenient access for business professionals
• Extended weekday hours (until 10:00 PM Friday) accommodate both daytime and evening professional events
• Private club setting typically includes built-in amenities like catering, bar service, and professional staff
• Focused weekday operation suggests the venue specializes in business clientele and corporate event hosting

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact guest capacity, as this isn't specified—critical for determining if the space fits your group size
• Request complete amenity list (A/V capabilities, breakout rooms, kitchen facilities, parking availability)
• Verify weekend event policies, since the venue is closed Saturday-Sunday; confirm if special arrangements or exceptions are possible
• Clarify catering requirements and any mandatory food/beverage minimums or outside vendor policies
• Confirm cancellation and booking terms, given the "contact for pricing" approach
