The Grand Castle

Best For: Weddings and receptions, corporate events and conferences, multi-day celebrations, events requiring flexible scheduling across different time slots

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine precisely. However, venues in the Kharar area on NH highways typically range from ₹3-8 lakhs for basic packages to ₹15+ lakhs for premium setups. Request detailed quotes broken down by catering, décor, and technical services. Actual costs will depend on guest count, season, and specific requirements.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 accessibility allows coordination calls and site visits outside standard business hours, which is practical for working professionals managing events
• Highway location with Chandigarh University proximity provides good accessibility for guests from both Ludhiana and Chandigarh regions
• Round-the-clock operations suggest flexibility for events with non-traditional timing needs (early morning, late evening, or overnight celebrations)
• Established online presence and direct contact line indicate organized communication channels

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers for different event types (banquet, theatre-style, cocktail, etc.) as this significantly impacts pricing and logistics
• Confirm what amenities are actually included—catering facilities, in-house décor, sound/lighting systems, parking, and accommodation options need explicit documentation
• Discuss force majeure policies, cancellation terms, and weather contingencies given the highway location's exposure to seasonal conditions
• Clarify whether 24-hour availability is for event hosting, coordination, or both, and confirm any noise/timing restrictions from local authorities for late-night events
