Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — The lack of specified capacity is a significant gap. Confirm exact guest count limits and whether the space is divisible for different event sizes
• Included amenities — Ask specifically about tables, chairs, lighting, sound systems, kitchen access, parking, and setup/breakdown time included in pricing
• Catering and bar policies — Determine if outside catering is allowed, if the venue provides catering services, and whether alcohol service is permitted
• Weekend availability — Saturday hours are limited (10 AM–2 PM) with no Sunday option; confirm if extended weekend hours can be negotiated for your event date
