What planners usually like:

• Waterfront location in Seattle provides an attractive, distinctive setting without requiring additional décor investment
• Limited operating hours (Tue–Thu, 8 AM–2 PM) work well for daytime business events and morning/midday functions
• Direct waterfront access likely offers photo opportunities and scenic ambiance
• Appears to prioritize personalized communication and clear coordination with clients

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: No guest count is specified—confirm maximum occupancy and whether this varies by room or event type
• Included amenities: Request a detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV equipment, parking, restrooms) versus what requires outside vendors
• Weekend/evening availability: Current hours are daytime weekday only—ask if exceptions can be made or if that aligns with your event needs
• Additional services and fees: Clarify catering policies, setup/breakdown times, service staff availability, and any hidden costs beyond base rental rate
