• Accessible location near Lake Road with nearby parking infrastructure in the Skicity Harmony complex
• Established venue with operational track record, suggesting reliability for event execution

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Get exact guest capacity for each floor and combined usage to confirm your event size fits
• Included vs. additional services – Clarify what's covered (tables, chairs, lighting, sound system, AC) versus what incurs extra charges, as amenities aren't listed
• Catering policy – Confirm whether in-house catering is mandatory, allowed external vendors, and vegetarian/non-vegetarian menu options
• Advance booking & cancellation terms – Understand deposit requirements, cancellation windows, and refund policies, especially for weekend dates
