What planners usually like:

• Extended weekday hours (until 9:00 PM most days) provide flexibility for after-work events and professional gatherings
• Weekend availability with reasonable Sunday opening (1:00 PM start) accommodates various scheduling preferences
• Central Ottawa location on Cleopatra Drive offers accessible positioning for local attendees
• Responsive team willing to customize arrangements for different event needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Confirm exact guest capacity to ensure the space suits your headcount and determine if multiple rooms or configurations are available
• Included amenities: Ask about standard inclusions (tables, chairs, AV equipment, parking, kitchen access) versus what requires additional fees
• Friday hours note: Friday closes at 6:00 PM (earlier than other weekdays)—confirm if this works for your timeline or if exceptions are possible
• Setup and breakdown: Clarify time allowances for setup/teardown, whether they're included in rental duration, and any associated costs
