Space Casa Bonita

The venue's capacity isn't publicly listed, so you'll need to contact them directly at +55 21 3069-0051 to confirm maximum occupancy and whether the space can be divided for smaller groups. This is essential information before narrowing your venue options, so prioritize this call early in your planning.

Pricing isn't published online, making day-of-week pricing differences unclear without direct inquiry. However, most Rio de Janeiro venues charge premium rates for Saturdays and Sundays—expect to negotiate better rates for Tuesday-Friday bookings if budget is a concern.

The amenities list isn't detailed, so you'll need to ask whether catering, bar service, tables, chairs, decorations, and audiovisual equipment are included or must be arranged separately. Some venues include basics while others operate as bare-shell spaces, significantly affecting your total event budget.

Space Casa Bonita could work for corporate events given its weekday hours extending to 8 PM, but without knowing the actual capacity and room configurations, it's difficult to assess for larger conferences. Request floor plans and technical capabilities (WiFi, projectors, microphone systems) when you call to evaluate fit.

Located in Vilar dos Teles, São João de Meriti, the venue is in the metropolitan area with road access via Av. Automóvel Clube. Confirm parking availability directly, as residential neighborhoods sometimes have limited lots—public transport connections should also be verified for guests traveling from Zona Sul or downtown Rio.

Cancellation policies aren't specified online, so clarify deposit amounts, refund terms, and whether date changes are permitted without penalty before signing. This protects your investment, especially important for events planned several months in advance.
