SPACE 10

Best For:

• Small to medium community gatherings and local meetings
• Events requiring flexible or unconventional scheduling (late-night sessions, early morning setups)
• Organizations needing cost-effective space without premium venue pricing
• Rehearsals, workshops, or multi-day events benefiting from 24-hour access

Estimated Budget Range: Based on it being a community center, expect pricing likely in the $200–$800+ per session range, though this is speculative without published rates. Actual costs will depend on room size, duration, day/time of booking, and any additional services. Contact the venue directly for confirmed pricing to ensure it fits your budget.

What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock availability removes scheduling constraints and accommodates groups with non-standard timing needs
• Community center positioning typically means competitive pricing compared to commercial event venues
• Flexible access for extended setup, rehearsal, and breakdown periods
• Local Gold Coast location offers convenient access for regional organizers

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and room options – Get specifics on how many people the space accommodates and whether multiple rooms are available for breakout sessions
• Included amenities and equipment – Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, AV, kitchen facilities, parking, restrooms) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Access terms for 24-hour availability – Understand whether round-the-clock access applies to all bookings or specific time slots, and any additional costs for off-peak hours
• Setup and technical support – Ask about onsite staff availability, access policies for early arrival/late departure, and whether technical support is included
