SkyDome, Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi

This information isn't specified in standard listings. Contact the venue directly at +971 50 443 1976 to confirm their catering policy—many hotel venues offer in-house catering as standard practice, but some allow external vendors for an additional fee. Clarifying this early prevents conflicts and budgeting surprises.

Standard details like AV setup, WiFi, tables, chairs, and basic lighting aren't confirmed in available information. Request an itemized quote that separates venue rental, technical services, service charges, and any mandatory minimums so you can accurately compare costs with competing venues.

Without specified capacity, you'll need to contact the venue to understand if they can accommodate your guest count. Dusit Thani hotel properties typically offer multiple breakout rooms and event spaces, so ask whether SkyDome is a single space or if additional adjoining areas can be added for larger groups.

SkyDome sits on Al Muroor Road in the Al Nahyan area, which is relatively accessible by car within Abu Dhabi's urban layout. However, public transport options in this district are limited; confirm parking capacity and costs with the venue, and consider providing transportation guidance for guests arriving via taxi or ride-sharing services.

Since the venue operates 24/7, back-to-back events are theoretically possible, but actual setup/breakdown timing depends on room configuration and complexity. Ask about minimum lead times for setup, whether technical staff are available for early arrivals, and if extended access before/after your contracted time can be arranged (possibly for an additional fee).

Hotel venues often have noise restrictions, especially for late-night events, and may have policies on outside entertainment, alcohol service, or guest conduct. Get the venue's written event policies upfront to ensure your planned activities align with their standards and avoid last-minute conflicts.
