Best For: Corporate events and private celebrations, small-to-medium gatherings, local Philadelphia-area events, clients seeking personalized service and direct communication

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect mid-range Philadelphia venue costs, likely $1,500–$5,000+ depending on guest count and services included. What planners usually like:

• Local, accessible Philadelphia location on Wadsworth Ave with straightforward contact process
• Emphasis on clear communication and reliability—helpful if you value responsive vendor partnerships
• Flexible approach to custom event requests suggests willingness to work within different event concepts
• Direct phone line (+1 267-738-0170) available for real-time questions during planning

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout: Confirm exact guest capacity and whether the space is divisible, as this isn't specified and directly impacts pricing and event scale
• Included amenities and services: Request a full list of what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, bar setup, AV capabilities, parking) versus what requires additional rental or vendor coordination
• Restrictions and policies: Clarify rules around outside catering, vendors, decorations, event times, and any built-in service fees or gratuity policies
• Availability and booking terms: Confirm current open dates, required deposit amount, cancellation policy, and timeline for finalizing details
