Scarborough Event Centre

Best For: Corporate meetings and seminars, community gatherings, small-to-medium social events, flexible-hour bookings requiring evening/weekend access

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect moderate costs typical for Toronto event spaces in this category—likely $500–$2,500+ depending on space size, duration, and included services. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as pricing varies significantly by event type and day of week.

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (11 AM–10 PM, seven days a week) accommodate various event schedules without early closures
• Finch Ave E location provides reasonable accessibility within Toronto's east end
• Responsive team willing to discuss custom event requirements and work through planning details

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and space breakdown: Request specific room dimensions, maximum guest counts, and whether multiple spaces are available for different event configurations
• Amenities and inclusions: Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, AV equipment, kitchen facilities, parking) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Setup/breakdown time: Clarify whether your rental time includes setup and breakdown, or if these are charged separately or require extended hours
• Cancellation and deposit policies: Understand payment terms, required deposits, and cancellation flexibility—especially important given the lack of published pricing details
