Saint Elle

Best For:

• Intimate weddings and elopements
• Corporate events and business gatherings
• Private celebrations (anniversaries, milestones)
• Smaller social events (15-75 guests estimated)

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental, depending on guest count and event duration. This estimate is based on comparable Nashville boutique venues in the SoBro/Arts District area. Actual costs will vary significantly based on date, time, and specific services required. Direct contact is essential for accurate pricing.

What planners usually like:

• Flexible, personalized approach—useful when you have a specific vision that doesn't fit standard packages
• Direct communication with the team, which reduces back-and-forth delays common with larger venues
• Urban location in a walkable Nashville neighborhood with nearby dining and parking options
• Willingness to work with external vendors (photographers, caterers, florists) on a case-by-case basis

Things to clarify before booking:

• Exact capacity limits—the venue type and address suggest a boutique space, but floor plan and maximum occupancy need confirmation
• What's included vs. à la carte—tables, chairs, lighting, sound, bar setup, and staffing costs should all be specified in writing
• Event restrictions—noise ordinances, end times, alcohol policy, and whether the space is climate-controlled
• Availability and booking window—how far in advance they accept reservations and typical hold/deposit requirements
