Rosewood Estate

Best For:

• Intimate to mid-sized weddings (likely 50-150 guests based on typical Gold Coast estate venues)
• Couples seeking a private, residential setting on the Gold Coast hinterland
• Events requiring flexible weekday availability for rehearsals or smaller ceremonies

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget $3,000–$8,000+ for venue hire alone, depending on guest count and day of week. Gold Coast estate venues typically charge additional fees for catering, setup, and extended hours. Actual costs may vary significantly—contact directly for accurate quotes.

What planners usually like:

• Consistent availability across all seven days with extended business hours (8 AM–5 PM), useful for flexible scheduling
• Direct contact access via phone for personalized communication rather than automated booking systems
• Private estate setting typical of the Beechmont area, offering natural backdrop potential and relative seclusion from urban venues

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits and layout options – Confirm maximum guest count and whether indoor/outdoor space breakdown is suitable for your event size
• What's actually included – Clarify whether amenities (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, parking, restrooms) are provided or if you need external vendors for basics
• Hour restrictions and overtime costs – The 8 AM–5 PM listing may indicate operational hours only; confirm actual event end times and any fees for extended hours
• Weather contingency – Discuss backup indoor space or weather protection options, essential for outdoor-focused estate venues in Queensland
