Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Get exact guest capacity (indoor/outdoor breakdown) to confirm it fits your event size
• Amenities and inclusions – Request a detailed list of what's provided (catering, sound system, lighting, decor, tables/chairs, parking) versus what you need to arrange separately
• Pricing structure – Ask for transparent breakdown of venue rental vs. per-plate charges, and confirm what's included in quoted rates
• Late-hour extensions – Since standard hours end at 6 PM, clarify policies and additional costs if your event runs later, especially for evening celebrations
