Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Confirm exact guest count limits, as this isn't listed and directly impacts event feasibility and pricing
• Operating hours limitations – Tuesday–Saturday with midday closures (especially 3:00 PM cutoffs on most days) may conflict with evening events; confirm if extended hours or evening rentals are available
• Included amenities and services – Request detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, AV equipment, catering options, bar service) versus what requires outside vendors
• Booking timeline and availability – Clarify minimum notice required, peak season pricing differences, and exact cancellation/deposit policies before committing
