Regents Lake Banqueting Venue

Best For: Corporate dinners and networking events; Indian and South Asian weddings and celebrations; Private parties and milestone gatherings (50-200 guests); Community and cultural events

Estimated Budget Range: £2,000–£8,000+ for room hire and catering, depending on guest count and menu selections. This is an estimate based on London banquet hall standards; actual costs will vary significantly based on your specific requirements. Contact the venue directly for accurate pricing.

What planners usually like:

• Prime East London location (Bow Wharf) with good transport links, making it accessible for guests across London
• Open seven days a week with consistent afternoon/evening availability, which is useful for flexible scheduling
• Responsive team willing to discuss custom event requirements and work with organizers on specific needs
• Likely catering capabilities in-house (typical for banquet halls), reducing vendor coordination complexity

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request exact capacity figures and floor plan details—knowing whether the space can accommodate 50 guests or 500 significantly impacts suitability
• Confirm what's included in room hire versus additional catering costs, service charges, and any mandatory minimums
• Ask about setup and breakdown times, as the 12:00–6:00 PM window may constrain evening events or require extended bookings
• Discuss in-house catering options, menu flexibility, and whether outside caterers are permitted—this affects both cost and logistics
