Regency West

Best For:

• Weekday corporate events (Tuesday/Thursday evening functions)
• Late-night or 24-hour celebrations requiring extended access
• Mid-sized private gatherings with flexible scheduling needs

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate without venue disclosure. Based on Los Angeles banquet hall market rates, expect $1,500–$5,000+ depending on guest count and services included. Contact the venue directly for accurate pricing, as this significantly impacts event feasibility.

What planners usually like:

• 24-hour availability on operating days eliminates standard closing time constraints for late-night events
• Limited operating schedule may mean fewer competing bookings and easier availability during their open hours
• Direct contact line and willingness to discuss custom arrangements suggests flexibility for specific event needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Confirm exact guest count limits, as this isn't publicly listed and directly affects event feasibility
• Included vs. à la carte services – Clarify what's included in pricing (tables, chairs, bar, catering, tech setup) versus additional costs
• Week-to-week consistency – Verify the Tuesday/Thursday schedule is consistent year-round, as limited hours can create booking conflicts with other vendors
• Setup/breakdown flexibility – Discuss whether 24-hour availability allows extended setup/breakdown time, or if events must conclude within specific windows

Recommendation: This venue requires direct conversation before committing time to further planning.
