What planners usually like:
- Personalized decoration approach means custom designs tailored to your event vision rather than standard packages
- Extended weekend hours (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM) accommodate both consultation meetings and last-minute coordination needs

Things to clarify before booking:
- Confirm whether they handle full event setup/teardown or if they work with your hired setup crew
- Ask about minimum order values and whether pricing varies by event type, guest count, or complexity level
- Verify what's included in their "event support" services beyond decoration (coordination, vendor liaison, timeline management)
- Discuss their portfolio of past events to assess whether their style aligns with your event vision
Common questions
Is Quintal Decorinha a full-service venue or decoration-only service?
Quintal Decorinha is a decoration services provider and event support business, not a traditional venue with a physical event space. They work with clients throughout São Paulo to bring decoration visions to life at your chosen location. You'll need to secure your own event space separately.
What types of events does Quintal Decorinha typically handle?
While specific event specialties aren't listed, their personalized approach suggests flexibility across celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions. Contact them directly with your event type and scope to confirm they have experience with your specific needs.
How far in advance should I book their decoration services?
This isn't specified on their profile. Given their extended weekend hours and weekday availability, they likely accommodate both advance bookings and shorter timelines. Call +55 11 91718-0949 to discuss your event date and whether they have availability.
Can they work with my existing venue or do I need to use their space?
Since Quintal Decorinha is a decoration service (not a venue), they should be able to work at your chosen location. However, confirm whether they have any preferred venue partnerships, travel distance limitations, or venue-specific requirements when you contact them.
What should I prepare before my initial consultation?
Bring reference images of decoration styles you like, your event date and guest count, your color palette preferences, and your budget range. Having your venue locked in beforehand helps them visualize the space and provide more accurate recommendations and pricing.
How do I get pricing and book a consultation?
Contact them directly via phone at +55 11 91718-0949 or visit their website at https://www.quintaldecorinha.com.br/. Since pricing requires consultation, be ready to discuss your event details, date, and specific decoration needs during your first conversation.
