Prince Open Air Hall

Best For:

• Evening and late-night wedding receptions
• Outdoor celebrations with scenic backdrop (dam location)
• Flexible multi-slot events (guests arriving in phases)
• Casual to mid-scale gatherings in regional markets

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, estimates are difficult to confirm. Based on the open-air venue type and regional location, expect venue costs likely in the ₹15,000–₹50,000+ range depending on guest count and time slot selected. What planners usually like:

• Extended daily availability across three distinct time slots accommodates different guest preferences and scheduling flexibility
• Scenic outdoor setting near Salaulim Dam provides natural backdrop, reducing décor needs for some event styles
• Open-air format works well for regional celebrations where guests expect outdoor celebrations
• Active Instagram presence suggests the venue maintains visual documentation and is responsive to modern inquiry methods

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Get exact guest capacity, any restrictions by time slot, and whether this changes seasonally or by weather conditions
• Weather contingencies — Confirm rain backup plans, tent/shelter availability, and how weather impacts pricing or rescheduling
• Included amenities — Clarify what's provided (tables, chairs, lighting, sound, parking, restrooms, kitchen access) versus what requires external vendors
• Peak vs. off-peak pricing — Understand if the three daily time slots have different rates, and confirm any weekend/holiday surcharges
