Pond Vista Venue

Best For:

• Corporate meetings and business events
• Small to mid-sized receptions (pending capacity confirmation)
• Weekday seminars and professional conferences
• Private consultations and planning sessions

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate without published pricing. Based on the banquet hall classification in the Austin market, comparable venues typically range from $1,500–$5,000+ for venue rental, depending on guest count and day of week. Request a formal quote directly from the venue, as actual costs will depend on your specific event needs and date.

What planners usually like:

• Convenient South Austin location on Old Lockhart Rd with accessible building signage
• Weekday availability aligns well with corporate event scheduling
• Direct contact option (+1 469-945-6011) allows for personalized consultation before committing time
• Responsive team focused on custom event planning rather than one-size-fits-all packages

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits — Confirm exact guest count accommodation to ensure it matches your event size
• Weekend availability — Venue is closed Saturday/Sunday; confirm if special weekend events can be arranged or if this is a dealbreaker
• Amenities and services — Request detailed list of included features (tables, chairs, AV, parking, kitchen facilities, catering options)
• Setup and breakdown times — Clarify if the posted 12:00–6:00 PM hours are event times only or include prep/cleanup windows
