Pelazzio Reception Venue Houston

Best For: Mid-size wedding receptions, intimate celebrations for 100-300 guests, couples seeking a dedicated reception space in the Westheimer corridor area

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, estimates are difficult, but Houston wedding venues of this type typically range from $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count and day of week. Actual costs will vary significantly—contact the venue directly for accurate quotes based on your specific date and guest count.

What planners usually like:

• Dedicated wedding venue with a team focused specifically on receptions (not a multipurpose space)
• Extended availability throughout the week with reasonable hours for consultations and events
• Direct communication approach that prioritizes clarity during the planning process
• Convenient Westheimer location accessible to Houston's central areas

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific guest capacity limits and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• Ask for a detailed amenities list—what's included (tables, chairs, lighting, kitchen access, bar setup, etc.) and what requires outside vendors
• Confirm the venue's policies on outside catering, photography, music/DJ, and alcohol (BYOB vs. licensed service)
• Discuss pricing structure: Is the venue rental flat-rate, per-person, or dependent on day of week? What are peak vs. off-peak rates?
