Opera Party Hall

Best For: Small to mid-sized corporate events, birthday celebrations, intimate wedding receptions, and community gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: ₹15,000–₹40,000+ for venue rental (estimate based on 100-person capacity and location; actual costs depend on date, time, and inclusions). Food and beverage costs will be additional and potentially mandatory given the food hub location. Contact the venue directly for confirmed pricing.

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (7:00 AM–10:30 PM) provide flexibility for morning events, afternoon functions, or evening celebrations
• Location within Sri Udupi Food Hub may simplify catering logistics, though this depends on in-house food arrangements
• 100-person capacity works well for intimate gatherings without feeling cramped
• Accessible throughout the week with no apparent day-based restrictions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Amenities and setup: Request a detailed list of what's included (tables, chairs, sound system, lighting, kitchen access, parking availability)
• Catering policy: Clarify whether food must be sourced from Sri Udupi Food Hub, if outside catering is permitted, and what charges apply
• Hidden costs: Ask about per-plate charges, service fees, setup/cleanup costs, and any mandatory minimum orders
• 4th Floor logistics: Confirm elevator capacity for guest access, confirm space for vendor/equipment movement, and ask about loading/unloading procedures
