Onion Creek Ballroom & Event Center

Best For: Corporate events and business meetings; wedding receptions; private parties; fundraisers and nonprofit gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: $1,500–$5,000+ for venue rental (estimate only—actual costs vary significantly based on guest count, date, and services included). Contact the venue directly for precise pricing tailored to your event size and requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Weekday availability with extended business hours (9 AM–5 PM) makes it accessible for planning consultations and midweek corporate events
• Austin location on Old Lockhart Rd provides a dedicated event space without the premium pricing of downtown venues
• Direct phone contact (+1 512-554-4782) allows for personalized communication about specific needs rather than automated booking systems

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Get exact guest count ranges for different room configurations, as capacity isn't listed and will significantly impact your event logistics and pricing
• Amenities and inclusions — Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, AV equipment, parking, restrooms) versus what requires outside vendors
• Weekend availability — The listing shows Saturday/Sunday as closed; verify if private bookings are possible outside standard hours for weekend events
• Cancellation and payment terms — Discuss deposit requirements, refund policies, and final payment deadlines before committing
