North York Banquet Hall

Best For:

• Wedding receptions and ceremonies
• Corporate banquets and gala dinners
• Large family celebrations (anniversaries, milestone birthdays)
• Community events and cultural gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect $15-40 per person for basic banquet packages in the Toronto market, though North York venues can range higher depending on services included. Total costs for 100-300 guests typically run $1,500-$12,000+. Request detailed quotes to confirm what's included (catering, setup, rentals, bar service). Actual pricing may vary significantly based on your specific needs.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 operating hours provide genuine flexibility for early morning brunches, afternoon events, or late-night celebrations without standard venue time restrictions
• Seven-day availability eliminates scheduling conflicts common with venues that limit certain days
• Established banquet hall format suggests built-in infrastructure (kitchen facilities, tables, basic setup) rather than empty raw space
• North York location offers accessible parking and reasonable proximity to multiple Toronto neighborhoods

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers—"not specified" makes it impossible to assess if the venue fits your guest count
• Confirm what amenities and services are actually included (tables, chairs, linens, kitchen access, bar setup, sound system, lighting)
• Ask about pricing transparency: get an itemized quote distinguishing room rental from catering, bar minimums, and staffing fees
• Verify what happens during off-peak hours—confirm whether 24/7 availability applies to all services or if reduced staffing affects event quality during unusual times
