Nicotra’s Ballroom

Best For: Weddings, corporate events, formal dinners, and community celebrations in the Staten Island area

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but ballroom venues in Staten Island typically range from $1,500–$5,000+ depending on guest count, day of week, and services included. Actual costs will vary significantly based on your specific needs.

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (8 AM–8 PM) provide flexibility for daytime events, cocktail receptions, and evening celebrations
• Established ballroom venue with a dedicated team and direct contact line, suggesting operational experience with events
• Accessible Staten Island location with a dedicated website for browsing options and initial inquiry

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers—the unlisted capacity makes it difficult to assess suitability for your guest count
• Ask for a detailed amenities list (tables, chairs, linens, lighting, kitchen facilities, bar setup, AV capabilities) since these aren't published
• Confirm what's included in pricing versus what incurs additional fees (rentals, staffing, catering coordination)
• Verify parking availability and accessibility, particularly important for a South Avenue location in Staten Island
• Discuss any restrictions on outside vendors, catering, or alcohol policies before committing
