My Legacy VIP Reception Hall

Best For:

• Wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners
• Corporate events and holiday parties
• Birthday celebrations and milestone events
• Intimate to mid-sized gatherings (based on typical reception hall formats)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect $1,500–$4,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count, day of week, and season (Houston market average for dedicated reception halls). Catering, beverages, and rentals would be additional. Request a detailed quote to confirm—actual costs will depend on your specific needs and their minimum guest requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (12 PM–9 PM) provide flexibility for various event start times and formats
• Dedicated reception space means the venue specializes in events rather than multi-use functionality
• Direct contact line (+1 832-754-1266) allows quick communication for customized planning
• Convenient West Houston location accessible to the broader Houston area

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Get exact guest count ranges to confirm the space fits your event size
• Included vs. additional services – Ask what's provided (tables, chairs, basic setup, restrooms) versus what requires rental or outside vendors
• Catering policy – Determine if in-house catering is required, if outside caterers are permitted, and any associated fees
• Rental costs and package details – Request a written breakdown of venue fees, deposits, cancellation policies, and any package options available
