Planner's guide
Best For: Casual pool tournaments, corporate team-building nights, bachelor/bachelorette parties, late-night social gatherings
Estimated Budget Range: ฿2,000–฿8,000+ depending on group size, table rentals, and duration (contact venue for specific pricing structure)
What planners usually like:
- Extended late-night hours (until 3:00 AM) accommodate groups wanting evening entertainment without standard venue time constraints
- Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling with staggered opening times (2:00 PM some days, 5:00 PM others) allows planners to book around different group availability
- Dedicated sports facility focus means the venue understands group dynamics and player needs better than multipurpose spaces
- Located in Na Kluea area with accessible contact channels via Facebook and direct phone support for straightforward coordination
Things to clarify before booking:
- Confirm actual capacity limits and whether private table reservations or room buyouts are available for your group size
- Specify what's included in pricing: table time only, equipment, food/beverage options, or staffing support for tournaments
- Ask about minimum group size requirements and peak-time booking policies (especially for Friday–Saturday evenings)
- Discuss available amenities (seating areas, sound system, climate control, payment methods) to ensure the space meets your event needs
Common questions
Can MEGABREAK accommodate a large corporate group of 40+ people for a team-building event?
MEGABREAK is a pool hall, so capacity depends on table availability and venue layout—details not listed publicly. Contact them directly at +66 38 428 859 or via Facebook to confirm whether they can accommodate your group size and whether they offer group packages or table reservations for larger events.
What are the actual rental costs for tables, and are there minimum spend requirements?
Pricing is listed as "contact for pricing," meaning costs vary based on group size, duration, and specific arrangements. Call ahead to discuss your event details and get a clear quote—this also helps you understand if there are hourly rates, table minimums, or package deals available.
Are the late-night hours (until 3:00 AM) reliable for a special event, or are they standard operating hours?
Based on the listing, 3:00 AM closing appears to be standard operating hours (not a special arrangement). However, confirm with the venue whether late-night events require advance booking and if they maintain full staffing and amenities during those final hours.
Does MEGABREAK provide any food, beverages, or entertainment services, or is it tables-only?
Amenities aren't detailed in available information. You'll need to ask directly whether they offer snacks, drinks, music/sound systems, or if you need to arrange catering separately—this affects your overall event planning and budget.
Is Na Kluea easily accessible for guests, and is parking available?
Na Kluea is a established area in Pattaya with general accessibility, but specific parking information for MEGABREAK isn't provided. Ask about parking options and directions when you contact them to ensure your guests can arrive conveniently.
Can MEGABREAK help organize or referee a pool tournament, or do I need to bring my own organizer?
This isn't specified in the venue details. Contact them to ask whether staff can support tournament setup, rule enforcement, or scoring—or if you'll need to bring an external tournament organizer for a competitive event.
