Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental (actual costs vary significantly based on guest count, date, time, and services included). Contact the venue directly for precise pricing, as Fifth Avenue locations in this neighborhood typically command premium rates.

What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock availability eliminates scheduling conflicts and accommodates non-traditional event times
• Prime Fifth Avenue location near Union Square offers convenient access and prestigious address appeal
• Direct communication with the team supports clear coordination, especially important for custom event needs
• Flexible approach to working with clients suggests willingness to accommodate specific requirements

Things to clarify before booking:

• Get exact capacity limits and layout options, as this information isn't publicly listed and directly impacts budget and guest count planning
• Request detailed breakdown of what's included in rental pricing (tables, chairs, lighting, bar setup, staff) versus what's an add-on cost
• Confirm whether the 24-hour availability applies to all event types and days, and if premium rates apply for late-night or weekend bookings
• Ask about parking logistics for vendors and guests, given the busy Fifth Avenue location near 14th Street
