Madhura Banquet Halls – Nagole

Best For: Weddings, receptions, and multi-day wedding events; Corporate conferences and seminars; Birthday celebrations and anniversaries; Community gatherings and social functions

Estimated Budget Range: ₹2,00,000–₹8,00,000+ depending on guest count, catering, and services. (Note: This is an estimate based on typical banquet hall pricing in Hyderabad's mid-tier market. Actual costs vary significantly with date, season, specific requirements, and negotiated packages. Contact the venue directly for precise quotes.)

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (9 AM–11 PM daily) provide flexibility for varied event timings and multi-event scheduling
• Two-floor setup allows for simultaneous functions or breakout spaces for larger celebrations
• Nagole location offers decent accessibility within Hyderabad with reasonable approach roads
• Availability throughout the week without closure, simplifying booking coordination

Things to clarify before booking:

• Get specific capacity numbers for each floor and combined usage—this is essential for accurate guest planning and pricing quotes
• Request detailed amenity list: catering arrangements (in-house vs. external), parking availability, AC/ventilation, kitchen facilities, décor options, and technical setup capabilities
• Confirm pricing structure—ask for per-plate rates, floor charges, service taxes, and any mandatory packages to avoid surprises during final negotiations
• Understand cancellation and rescheduling policies clearly, especially for high-season dates, and verify deposit terms and refund conditions
