Common questions
What's the typical capacity range at Ludika, and how is the space divided?
The venue doesn't publicly list capacity details, which is common for flexible party spaces in Seville. Contact them directly at +34 666 24 47 47 to confirm whether they have multiple rooms, can accommodate your specific guest count, and what configurations work best for your event type.
Are decorations, catering, and entertainment included in the base price?
This information isn't specified online, so you'll need to discuss packages directly with the team. Ask whether basic setup (tables, chairs, lighting) is included, and clarify pricing for add-ons like themed decorations, food service, entertainment, or special equipment.
What's the best time to book for a weekend birthday party in Seville?
Weekend slots (especially Saturday afternoons and early evenings) fill quickly in Seville during school holidays and spring months. Contact Ludika as soon as your date is confirmed—ideally 4–6 weeks in advance—to secure your preferred time, particularly if you need Saturday or Sunday availability.
Can the space accommodate both children's parties and adult celebrations?
Yes, the venue markets itself for birthday celebrations generally, suggesting flexibility across age groups. When contacting them, specify your guest demographics and event style so they can confirm the space setup is appropriate and discuss any age-specific considerations.
Is the Norte location accessible by public transport, and is parking available?
The venue is in the Norte neighborhood of Seville. Ask about nearby parking options (street parking, lot, or garage) when you inquire, and request specific directions or metro/bus routes from central Seville—helpful details for guests traveling from different areas of the city.
What happens if I need to make changes close to my event date?
Policies vary by venue. Request their modification and cancellation terms upfront, especially regarding deadlines for guest count changes, menu adjustments, or timing shifts. This protects both you and Ludika, particularly for weekend bookings during busy seasons.
