What planners usually like:

• Central Spring Garden Street location offers good accessibility and visibility in Philadelphia's event district
• Extended Saturday hours (until 11:00 PM) provide flexibility for evening events when weekday daytime slots may not work
• Responsive team known for clear communication—reduces back-and-forth confusion during planning
• First-floor placement minimizes accessibility concerns for guests with mobility needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers and any breakout room options, as this significantly impacts event scale and pricing
• Confirm what's included in the rental: tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, or if you're responsible for bringing/renting everything
• Understand the Saturday late-night operations—verify staffing availability, parking options, and any noise restrictions that might affect your timeline
• Ask about setup/breakdown time allowances and whether they're factored into your rental hours or charged separately
