Lending Room

Best For: Corporate functions and professional meetings, small to medium-sized private celebrations, local community gatherings, flexible event formats where customization is prioritized

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate due to lack of publicly available pricing information. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect costs to vary significantly based on guest count, event type, and services required. Budget 20-30% contingency for unknowns.

What planners usually like:

• Accessible local location in Woodhouse with straightforward contact process
• Venue team emphasizes flexibility and clear communication, which reduces planning friction
• Willing to work with organizers to customize arrangements rather than operating on fixed packages
• Direct phone line (+44 113 244 0794) allows quick clarification of specifics

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Confirm exact guest count ranges to ensure the space suits your event size; this is fundamental to all other planning decisions
• Included amenities and what's available – Establish what facilities are on-site (tables, chairs, kitchen access, AV equipment, parking) versus what requires external rental
• Pricing structure – Ask whether costs are per-hour, per-guest, or tiered; confirm what's included and any additional fees for setup, cleaning, or extended hours
• Availability and booking terms – Understand minimum booking periods, cancellation policies, and how far in advance you need to secure your date
