What planners usually like:

• Extended Thursday hours (until 7:30 PM) offer scheduling flexibility for weekday events or venue tours after standard business hours
• Located on Harry Hines Boulevard with accessible commercial visibility and likely straightforward parking
• Direct contact availability during business hours allows for personalized consultation about your event needs
• Appears to work regularly with local planners, suggesting established vendor relationships and operational familiarity

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Request specific room configurations and guest count ranges for different spaces, as this isn't published and significantly impacts pricing and event feasibility
• Inclusive services – Confirm what's covered (tables, chairs, linens, basic setup/breakdown) versus what requires outside vendors or additional fees
• Catering and beverage policies – Determine if they have preferred caterers, allow outside catering, permit alcohol service, and what licensing/insurance is required
• Technical capabilities – Ask about AV equipment, sound systems, lighting options, and WiFi availability, especially if your event requires presentations or entertainment
