Lamont’s Bishops House

Best For: Corporate functions and professional gatherings, upscale private dinners and celebrations, wedding receptions, community events and formal occasions

Estimated Budget Range: Perth venues of this caliber typically range from $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count, catering selections, and additional services. Since pricing requires direct contact, budget significantly higher if full-service catering and premium staffing are included. Actual costs will depend on your specific date and requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Professional staff with demonstrated attention to detail, which reduces on-the-day coordination stress
• Established track record hosting diverse event types suggests flexibility and experience troubleshooting
• Prime Mounts Bay Rd location offers convenience and likely appeals to Perth-based guests
• Clear communication during planning is noted as a strength, making the booking process more transparent

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact capacity limits and whether the space can be subdivided for different event sizes
• Request specific details on what's included (tables, chairs, bar setup, kitchen facilities) versus what requires additional hire
• Verify catering arrangements—whether they have in-house options, allow external caterers, or require specific vendors
• Ask about availability windows, cancellation policies, and any venue-specific restrictions (noise curfews, event duration limits, outdoor access)
