Things to clarify before booking:
- Exact capacity limits — this significantly impacts guest count, layout options, and pricing tiers
- Inclusive vs. à la carte services — confirm what's covered in venue rental (tables, chairs, linens, catering, bar service, staffing, etc.)
- Weather contingencies — understand backup plans for rain or wind, especially important for a rooftop venue
- Rental restrictions — ask about outside vendor policies, music/noise limitations, and any exclusivity requirements with Wedgewood's partner vendors
- Parking and accessibility — verify guest parking availability and ADA access at the 1155 Coast Blvd location
