JAMIYA Shadi Mahal

Best For: Small to medium wedding receptions, intimate engagement ceremonies, community gatherings, and local celebration events

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000–₹150,000+ (estimate based on 100-guest capacity and typical banquet hall pricing in Yelahanka area; actual costs depend on catering, décor, and duration. Contact venue directly for confirmed rates.)

What planners usually like:

• Convenient Yelahanka location with straightforward accessibility for guests in north Bengaluru
• Intimate capacity (100 guests) suits smaller, more personal celebrations without excessive overhead
• Situated within an established institutional area, suggesting stable operations and familiarity with event management
• Dedicated banquet space eliminates need to source alternative venues for small-to-medium gatherings

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request a detailed amenities list—confirm what's included (tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, kitchen facilities, parking, restrooms) versus what requires external arrangement
• Clarify exact pricing structure: per-plate catering costs, hall rental fees, time slot duration, setup/breakdown charges, and any mandatory vendor policies
• Verify parking capacity and guest access routes, as the behind-the-building location may have logistical constraints during peak event times
• Confirm flexibility on date/time availability, cancellation policies, and whether the venue accommodates external caterers or mandates in-house services
