What planners usually like:

• Extended daily hours (11 AM–11 PM) provide flexibility for various event start times and durations

• Stated willingness to work with organizers on accommodating different event needs
• Located on a main road with straightforward access for guests

Things to clarify before booking:

• Get specific capacity numbers—knowing maximum guest count is essential for proper planning and cost estimation
• Request a detailed amenities list (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV equipment, parking, etc.) to understand what's included versus what you'll need to source
• Ask about pricing structure—is there a venue hire fee, per-head charges, bar minimums, or package options?
• Confirm availability for your specific date and any setup/breakdown time requirements, as these affect your actual event window
