Planner's guide

Best For: Corporate events and professional gatherings; Wedding receptions and celebrations; Late-night or unconventional-schedule events; Hotel guests seeking integrated event spaces

Estimated Budget Range: INR 50,000–2,00,000+ (based on typical banquet hall pricing in Hyderabad's mid-to-upscale hotel segment). Actual costs will depend on guest count, catering choices, and specific services required. Contact the venue directly for precise quotes, as pricing is customized.

What planners usually like:

  • 24/7 availability across all days provides genuine scheduling flexibility, especially useful for events with non-standard timings or overnight requirements
  • Hotel integration means access to guest rooms, kitchen facilities, and established hospitality services without coordinating with external vendors
  • Located in Khairtabad, a developed area with reasonable accessibility for Hyderabad-based events
  • Dedicated banquet services suggest structured event support and established protocols

Things to clarify before booking:

  • Exact capacity: The venue listing doesn't specify guest count limits—confirm maximum occupancy to ensure it fits your event size
  • Amenities breakdown: Request a detailed list of what's included (AV equipment, lighting, decor options, parking, WiFi, etc.) versus what incurs additional charges
  • Catering terms: Clarify whether in-house catering is mandatory, pricing structure, and flexibility for external vendors or specialized dietary requirements
  • Hidden costs: Ask about setup fees, service charges, taxes, and any minimum spending requirements, especially for off-peak bookings
