Grand square convention center

Best For:

• Corporate banquets and business conferences
• Wedding receptions and mehendi/sangeet events
• Late-night celebrations and non-traditional event timings
• Multi-day events requiring flexible scheduling

Estimated Budget Range: Without pricing information available, this requires direct contact with the venue. Based on comparable banquet halls in the Kakkanad area, expect pricing likely in the ₹50,000–₹3,00,000+ range depending on guest count, catering, and services included. Request a detailed quote that specifies per-plate costs, room rental fees, and any additional charges. Actual costs may vary significantly based on your specific requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Round-the-clock availability eliminates scheduling constraints and accommodates unconventional event times
• Located in Kakkanad, a well-developed commercial area with decent accessibility from central Kochi
• Operates consistently every day of the week with no closures, simplifying booking logistics
• Flexibility for events requiring extended hours or split-day programming

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request complete capacity details—knowing guest limits is essential for planning and comparing with other venues
• Ask for a detailed amenities list: catering facilities, parking, AV/sound systems, kitchen capacity, restroom facilities, and accessibility features
• Confirm actual space layout and whether the venue can be divided for concurrent events or multiple bookings during 24-hour operations
• Understand the pricing structure clearly—ask about base venue rental, per-person catering rates, service charges, and any restrictions on outside vendors or catering
