Grand Salon Ballrooms at Killian Palms Country Club

Best For: Wedding receptions and celebrations, formal dinner events, milestone celebrations (anniversaries, milestone birthdays), corporate gala events

Estimated Budget Range: $3,000–$8,000+ for venue rental (estimate based on Miami market rates for ballroom venues and country club settings). Actual costs depend on guest count, date, day of week, and package inclusions. Final pricing requires direct inquiry.

What planners usually like:

• Country club setting provides an upscale backdrop without requiring extensive decorative investment
• Established relationship with a single venue often means streamlined logistics and familiarity with their setup
• Team is noted for clear communication, which reduces planning friction
• Weekend availability (Saturday) accommodates most wedding timelines

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Confirm exact guest count ranges and whether the ballroom(s) can be subdivided for smaller events
• Inclusive services: Ask what's covered in rental (tables, chairs, linens, bar setup, kitchen access, parking) versus what requires additional fees
• Catering requirements: Determine if outside catering is permitted or if venue has preferred/in-house options and associated costs
• Setup/breakdown times: Confirm hours available on event day, as Saturday hours (11 AM–4 PM contact window) may indicate limited weekend availability for longer events
• Additional costs: Clarify fees for services like overtime, setup, breakdown, event coordination, or premium dates
