Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and room options: Confirm available spaces and maximum guest counts, as this isn't specified and will determine event viability
• Weekend/evening availability: Facility shows no Saturday/Sunday hours—confirm if special arrangements or extended hours can be negotiated for your event dates
• Amenities and setup: Ask about AV equipment, tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, parking, and accessibility features to understand what you need to source externally
• Booking lead time and cancellation policies: Discuss minimum advance booking requirements and terms, as these aren't published online
