What planners usually like:

• Convenient Schiller Park location accessible to Chicago area with flexible weekend hours (opens at 10 AM Saturday–Sunday)
• Dedicated banquet space eliminates the need to source an external venue for seated events
• Direct contact line and willingness to discuss customized event details suggests responsive client communication
• Extended operating hours through 7 PM on Saturday accommodate typical event timelines

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics – Confirm exact guest count ranges and whether the space can be divided for smaller events or configured for different layouts (theater, classroom, cocktail)
• Included services – Ask which amenities are standard (tables, chairs, linens, lighting, AV equipment) versus add-ons, and whether catering is in-house or third-party
• Setup and breakdown – Verify timeline allowances, whether there are additional fees for extended hours, and what's included in rental versus labor costs
• Restrictions and policies – Confirm alcohol policies, music/entertainment guidelines, parking availability, and any deposit/cancellation terms
