What planners usually like:

• Flexible event type focus with experience across multiple celebration formats (weddings, engagements, showers)
• Consistent operating hours (10 AM–7 PM daily) make scheduling straightforward for most event timings
• 100-guest capacity is practical for mid-sized intimate gatherings without feeling too small or oversized
• Located on a major ring road (Sardar Patel Ring Rd) with reasonable accessibility in Ahmedabad

Things to clarify before booking:

• Amenities specifics: The listing doesn't detail in-house catering, AC/heating, kitchen facilities, parking, or décor options—get a complete amenities list and photos of the space in different setups
• Setup/breakdown time: Confirm whether the 10 AM–7 PM hours are guest-facing only, and what flexibility exists for early setup or late events
• Inclusions vs. add-ons: Understand what's bundled (tables, chairs, basic lighting) versus what costs extra, as this significantly impacts final pricing
• Weather contingency: Clarify whether the space is fully covered/indoor and appropriate for year-round use, particularly relevant for Ahmedabad's summer heat
