Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and space layout – Request specific guest counts this venue accommodates and whether it has multiple breakout areas or one main space
• Included facilities – Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, AV setup, parking) versus what requires additional hire or fees
• Pricing structure – Ask whether costs are per hour, per guest, flat rate, or tiered; clarify what's included versus add-ons
• Setup and breakdown times – Verify whether your rental window includes adequate setup/breakdown time or if these incur additional charges
