Best For: Corporate events and private celebrations, intimate gatherings and receptions, wedding ceremonies or rehearsal dinners, local Nashville-based events

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count, date, and services included. Since pricing requires direct contact, request itemized quotes for rental fee, catering options, and any additional services to establish your actual budget.

What planners usually like:

• Located in accessible Nashville neighborhood with straightforward street address for guest navigation
• Team known for clear communication and responsive planning support, which reduces typical coordination friction
• Flexible approach to working with clients suggests willingness to customize for different event styles and needs
• Direct contact available for personalized consultation rather than automated booking systems

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact capacity limits and whether space can be divided or reconfigured for different group sizes
• Determine what's included in the venue rental (tables, chairs, linens, lighting, sound system) versus what requires additional rental or vendor coordination
• Ask about kitchen facilities, catering restrictions, alcohol policies, and whether outside vendors (caterers, florists, photographers) are permitted
• Verify available date/time slots, setup/breakdown hours, event duration limits, and any minimum spend or time requirements

Recommendation: Schedule a site visit and request a written proposal with specific pricing before committing.
